Amir Khan The masjid is situated to the south of Shekhan-wala-Maqbara, on the road leading form the Delhi Gate to Mian Mir. Amir Khan, the founder of the mosque, is said to have been an Amir of Akbar time. His tomb is situated in the courtyard of the mosque. The mosque has an elongated dome with a circular dome on either side of it. The courtyard is of solid masonry. The mosque is now used s an Eidgah by the residents of the village of Garhi Shahu. |
